This video contains Northern Shaolin form Mei Hwa Kwon. An advanced level Northern Shaolin form. It was designed around the nature of the plum blossom flower's natural blooming cycle, featuring movements that open and close (and features one particular self defense technique fashioned after the blossoming of the Plum Blossom flower). This form teaches the practitioner several higher level skills need to progress in the system.

This video contains 24 unique self-defense techniques derived from the form and is the sister form of Kum Gang Kwon/Jin Gang Quan.
